Ray Groff opened Groff Tractor as a CASE dealer in Highspire, Pennsylvania, employing only a handful of people. Over time, the business has grown, and now almost 300 full time employees work at fifteen dealerships that provide equipment and services across four states.
Over the years, Groff has developed strong relationships with our manufacturers and has consistently offered a wide range of the highest quality construction equipment. Groff is one of the leading CASE construction dealers in the country and supplements their CASE products with some of the other leading manufacturers in the world.

The Corporate headquarters relocates to 6779 Carlisle Pike in Mechancisburg, PA.
Groff is awarded the CASE contract for Western PA and opens the Valencia branch.
The 55th anniversary for Groff is marked by a celebration at Bedford Springs Resort.
Groff acquires Folcomer Equipment, including its five branches in Maryland and Delaware. Groff’s Frederick location moves to Tilco Drive, and GT Mid Atlantic LLC is created.
GT New Jersey purchases Construction Crane & Tractor (CC&T) and merges with GT Mid Atlantic.
