The TTS 520-3 is an innovative and economical three-fraction drum soil screener that provides a new and efficient alternative to star screen systems.

Based on the standard TTS 520 design, the TTS 520-3 includes all the features and advantages of the 2 fraction drum screen (low maintenance, high screening quality, easy setup, load sensing) while now enabling material separation in 3 fractions with its patented hopper mounted disc screen.

The metal disc screen design is not only more resistant to abrasion than standard star screens but they can also be replaced individually to keep wear costs and machine down time to a minimum. The TTS 520-3 is able to be transported with the same dimensions as a standard 520 trommel screen with full European type approval which allows for excellent mobility both on the road and onsite.

With a drum screen measuring 2 metres in diameter by 5.1 metres in length accompanied by the disc screen and powered by a 99 hp (74 kW) John Deere diesel engine the TTS 520-3 will optimise screening quality in the applications of compost, wood, sand, gravel, soil and pre-crushed waste.
